Viewer Requests
I welcome any requests
for future videos. I'm trying to build a community, and I'm always interested
in what games viewers would like covered. I've made videos based on suggestions received by viewers so I do listen. I have also received interesting information in the past about canceled games which I added to my videos and credited the sender, I love the intrigue of that sort of stuff so let me know of any information that hasn't been covered on YouTube. As for other creators, I'm always open to any kind of collaboration, no matter the size of your channel. This includes if you need an English voice sound bite for a video, free of charge of course, I only do this for fun. I'm also happy to offer advice or help, only need to ask.
Of course, constructive criticism is also welcome and I have made multiple changes to my videos due to helpful feedback I have received. This includes but isn't limited to shortening my intros, better filling the 16:9 aspect ratio while using 4:3 video, and lowering the background music to -12db below vocal level.
Sponsorship and Paid Promotions
The only thing I would say, is please don't send me any offers to do paid promotions, or sponsored products in my videos. I have turned down all previous offers, and I have no interest in pushing products, no matter the amount of money being offered or the product being promoted, I won't reply to any inquiries of this subject.
Copyright Claims
I host multiple files on this site related to my videos, this is purely done for preservation and bibliographical purposes. While the files may be copyrighted, I only upload obsolete files of which no financial damage is being incurred, e.g. out of print magazines, abandonware, various hard to find files and digital files, no longer for sale. I only do this because files get deleted all the time, and are completely lost to time as a result. There is nothing more annoying than finding a file you need, only to find the link is now dead. That being said, if you own any of the copyright to files I upload, and would like them removed, contact me, and I will happily comply.
I do not host any of the videos on this server. All videos are embedded from the YouTube servers, and therefore, have been checked by the contentID system. I do use copyright material in all my videos, but said material has either already been cleared as transformative, fair use content, or is already being monitised by the copyright holder. As this content is hosted in the US, under a YouTube license, and not in my native residence in the UK, the guidelines are dictated by US legislature. All media used is within the guidelines of Section 107 of the US Copyright Act "for purpose of critique, parody or review" and therefore totally protected, and exempt from take-down attempts. I will never bow to individuals abusing the copyright system. As these videos take me a ridiculous amount of time to create,and are fully transformative, I will go to court regarding this. Do not contact me requesting this, you will need to take legal action, and I will fight it in the name of free expression, a subject I am passionate about, I will die on that hill.
